About the PLACE

The Jaycees are Naperville’s Young Person’s organization dedicated to Philanthropy and Volunteerism. We’re committed to building Naperville’s Future Leaders. From Lobster Day to our annual Easter Egg Hunt, the Naperville Jaycees help the community by volunteering time, fundraising, helping others and recognizing outstanding effort of others within the community…and we have fun doing it!

The Naperville Jaycees is a volunteer-driven civic organization focused on developing young leaders while making a positive impact in the Naperville community. As part of the U.S. Junior Chamber, the group brings together young professionals and community-minded residents to support leadership development, charitable causes, and local engagement through hands-on service and event planning.

The Naperville Jaycees are best known for organizing and supporting some of the city’s most recognizable community events, fundraisers, and service projects. Through volunteering, networking, and leadership opportunities, members gain professional skills while giving back to local nonprofits and community initiatives. For Naperville residents, the Jaycees play an important role in strengthening civic involvement, fostering community pride, and supporting causes that benefit families and neighborhoods throughout the city.
