Yoga for a Cure

Eight years after being diagnosed with diffuse scleroderma and given a prognosis of 3–8 years to live, Just Be Yoga Studio owner Brooke Hornbaker is turning her journey into a force for awareness and hope. On June 20, she will host a community yoga fundraiser in downtown Naperville benefiting the Scleroderma Foundation of Greater Chicago, bringing together local residents and businesses to support research and education. The event aims to raise awareness of this rare autoimmune disease while celebrating resilience, community, and the power of coming together for a meaningful cause.
