Join Anderson’s Bookshop for an exclusive author event featuring the multi-million copy bestselling author of The Time Traveler’s Wife, Audrey Niffenegger. We are celebrating the highly anticipated release of her new book, Life Out of Order (Deluxe Limited Edition).

Niffenegger will be in conversation with a special guest moderator to discuss her exhilarating new speculative story, followed by an audience Q&A.

Event Details & Format

To ensure a smooth experience for all attendees, please review the event guidelines:

• Seating & Check-in: All events feature open seating. We will begin checking you in approximately 60 minutes before the 7:00 PM start time.
• Format: The evening consists of a moderated presentation and an audience Q&A.
• Book Signing: There will be no photo or signing line following the presentation. All books included with your ticket will be pre-signed by the author.
• Registration: Pre-registration is required to attend, as space in the venue is strictly limited.
• Missed Event Policy: If you cannot attend, you must pick up your included book at the hosting store within 30 days of the event. Alternatively, we can ship the book to you for an additional charge of $9.99 (please call the store to arrange shipping).

About the Author

Audrey Niffenegger is a visual artist and writer residing in Chicago and London. Her intricate book art, prints, and paintings are featured in the collections of the National Museum of Women in the Arts, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Library of Congress, among others. In 2019, she founded Artists Book House, a non-profit center for the literary and book arts. A Professor at Columbia College Chicago until 2015, she has published numerous celebrated books, including the international phenomenon The Time Traveler’s Wife, which was adapted into a film, an HBO television series, and a West End stage musical.
