Our goal at Cory Smith Architecture is to offer our clients the finest design and construction services available. We are an architectural firm with over 27 years of experience in residential projects, both renovation and new, commercial projects and construction services. We believe a successful project comes from the collaboration with our clients during the planning and design process, in order to create a one of a kind solution that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
Our projects incorporate classic architectural elements and aesthetically pleasing details, while utilizing sound design principles, “green” concepts and technology to create a home that is unique, energy efficient and fits our clients’ lifestyle.
About Cory Smith Architecture
Cory Smith Architecture is owned by Cory Smith, an award winning architect with over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial design and construction. CS+Architecture has significant experience in the design and construction of both new homes and the renovation and/or updating of existing residences in Naperville, Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Many of his projects have been featured in Naperville Magazine.
Cory is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Association of Licensed Architects, is a board member of the Building Review Board for the City of Naperville and for the Cress Creek Homeowner Association. He is also a partner in Aspen Creek Partners; Naperville’s leading design build firm, creating “Classic American Homes” for clients for over 15 years. ACP has designed and built over 22 single family residences for its clients since its inception in 2001. Cory holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Masters Degree in Architecture with an emphasis on Housing from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Several of his drawings are housed in the Library of Congress in Washington D.C.
