Beautifully EmpowHERed (BE) is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering women to embrace their full potential, unapologetically. We offer a range of services including mental health counseling, career exploration, and transformative workshops that equip women and girls with the tools to thrive in every aspect of their lives. BE is a collective community of women, and we believe that when we unite to support, uplift, and inspire each other, there is no limit to what we can achieve.

Founded by Bree Casey in 2020, Beautifully EmpowHERed has become a dynamic force for change in the Chicago suburbs. Bree’s vision has always been to create an inclusive space where women of all shapes, sizes, ages, cultures, and backgrounds can come together with purpose, discover their inner power, and use it to transform their lives.

Bree’s journey to founding BE is deeply personal. She shared her own experiences of overcoming challenges and pushing past limits, believing that her vulnerability would inspire other women and girls to find their own strength. This commitment to fostering confidence and self-worth led Bree to pursue a second master’s degree in social work to become a licensed therapist. In doing so, she recognized a systemic gap in access to mental health resources for women based on insurance limitations. This only strengthened her resolve to ensure that every woman, regardless of her circumstances, receives the support she needs.
