The Redstart Story

In June 2005, Chad Mease and his wife Amanda, both natives of Naperville, Illinois, decided to start a new chapter in their lives and return to their hometown. Chad, who had a successful career in commercial construction, was ready to spread his wings and venture into entrepreneurship.

With the support of their family, Chad and Amanda founded a construction company. As they were forming the new business, they needed to choose a name. Redstart was born – a nod to the small yet mighty warbler bird that resonated with the couple.
