Sub-acute or short-term rehabilitation is the next best step in a patient’s post-hospital recovery process.
Our focus is on restoring diminished abilities following an illness or injury with the goal of restoring your prior level of functioning.
Your rehabilitation team consisting of doctors, nurses, therapists, social workers, and certified nursing assistants are dedicated to providing you with the best possible care to get you home as quickly and safely as possible.
Post-acute rehabilitation programs include: orthopedic, neuro/stroke, cardio/pulmonary, injury after a fall, with special attention to pain management and wound care (by our wound care physician and specialists).

Speech therapy evaluates and treats communication, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
