Get ready for a St. Louis spring tradition! The 48th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade Run is one of the largest and most beloved 5K events in the region. Join over 5,000 participants as they take over the streets of downtown and midtown St. Louis for a morning of fitness, fun, and community spirit before the big parade.

The 5K Route
The course winds through the heart of the city, starting and ending on Market Street:
Start: Market St. (West of 7th)
West on Market to Jefferson
North on Jefferson to Washington
East on Washington to 22nd
South on 22nd to Market
East on Market to the Finish Line
Packet Pick-Up Locations
Avoid the race-day rush by picking up your packet early at these locations:
Tues, March 11 – Wed, March 12 (10 AM – 6 PM):
Big River Running Co. (West County, South City, or University City)
Toolen’s Running Start (O’Fallon, IL – closes at 5 PM)
Fri, March 14 (11 AM – 6 PM): Ballpark Village (Sports and Social)
Race Day (7:30 AM – 9:00 AM): Ballpark Village (Lobby of Bally Sports)
Participant Information
Eligibility: Open to all ages and abilities. Jogging strollers and walkers are welcome but are asked to start at the back of the pack for safety.
Awards: Prizes for the top 3 male and female finishers in age groups ranging from “14 and under” to “70 and over.”
Restrictions: No pets are allowed on the run course.
Charity: The event is organized by an all-volunteer 501(c)3 committee, with proceeds benefiting various St. Louis area charities.
