Experience the Magic: Downtown Naperville Lights Up for the Holidays

Welcome the holiday season as Downtown Naperville transforms into a spectacular winter wonderland! On Monday, November 2, our vibrant downtown streets will be aglow with festive cheer. Thousands of twinkling lights will illuminate the trees, storefronts, and rooftops, setting the perfect seasonal backdrop for the community.

Event Highlights

• The Grand Illumination: Starting right at 5:00 PM, watch as the holiday lights gradually turn on across the entire downtown area.
• Pace & Flow: Please note that there is no formal “flip-the-switch” ceremony. The lights will organically brighten the streets beginning at 5:00 PM, allowing you to stroll, shop, and celebrate at your own pace without the pressure of a crowded stage event.
• Holiday Shopping & Dining: Take advantage of the enchanting atmosphere to kick off your early-bird holiday shopping at over 100 beloved local boutiques and shops. Afterward, cozy up with seasonal treats or a warm dinner at one of Downtown Naperville’s 60+ fantastic restaurants.
• Perfect Photo Ops: The glowing storefronts, sparkling trees, and beautifully decorated rooftops provide a picture-perfect setting for family photos, couples’ portraits, and social media sharing.
