Downtown Naperville Trick or Treat 2026

Bring the little ghosts, goblins, and superheroes to Downtown Naperville for the annual Downtown Trick or Treat! Children and families are invited to dress up in their favorite Halloween costumes and go door-to-door collecting candy and treats from participating downtown businesses.

Event Highlights

• Door-to-Door Trick-or-Treating: Visit participating shops, boutiques, and restaurants displaying official event posters to collect sweet treats.
• Family Costumes: Costumes are highly encouraged for kids and parents alike!
• Safe & Pedestrian-Friendly: Major downtown streets will be closed to vehicle traffic to ensure a safe, walkable environment for families.

• Road Closures: Jefferson and Main Streets will be closed to vehicle traffic during event hours (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
• Parking Info: Free parking is available in surrounding Downtown Central Business District (CBD) parking decks, including the Van Buren and Water Street decks.
