Plan Your Visit and Confirm the Latest Details

Before leaving home, open the official organizer listing and check that the schedule and entry instructions still match your plans. A listing gives you a place to start, but a reservation, ticket purchase or numbered admission ticket may be a separate step. Follow the instructions for this particular session rather than relying on the rules for another program at the same venue.

Keep the event address and your confirmation, if one is required, available on your phone. If you need information about accessible entry, seating, participation requirements or accommodations, contact the organizer before attending. For a children’s or teen program, check the stated age or grade range with the participant. That small amount of preparation helps you choose an activity that fits and gives you time to resolve questions before the scheduled start.
