Experience Naperville’s Finest and Bravest in Action

The Naperville Police and Fire Departments invite you to the annual Public Safety Open House at the Public Safety Campus on Aurora Ave. This free, family-friendly event is designed to teach valuable safety and crime prevention information to the community in an interactive, highly engaging setting.

What to Expect

First responders in fire and the police force will be ready to answer local questions, build bridges with our community, and show off the tools of the trade. The event features a wide variety of activities, including tours of the 911 Call Center, a child fingerprinting setup, and a fire safety trailer. Bring your appetite, as a small food court featuring food trucks will be set up from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.. The ultimate purpose is to spread the message that everyone—kids and families included—has a “vital role in keeping our city safe”.
