What is Ashbury in Naperville? You keep seeing Ashbury pop up in your home search and you still can’t tell what it really is. Most people think it’s just one more subdivision and it’s not. Here are three things you need to know.
One, it’s a master-planned neighborhood on Naperville’s south side. Two, it has its own pool, clubhouse, and courts and every homeowner gets access. Three, the homes are mostly two-story, built in the 90s with four or more bedrooms.
Turns out the street you pick matters as much as the house. Some streets sit close to the Greenway with its trails and ponds and some do not. Actually, that one detail changes how a home here feels.
So what is Ashbury in Naperville? Ashbury is a master-planned neighborhood on the south side with its own pool and clubhouse and it’s located in Indian Prairie School District 204.
