In the heart of downtown Naperville, one spa is quietly doing things most people don’t expect to find outside of a doctor’s office or a resort.
Spa Lane Naperville has been a fixture in downtown Naperville for over a decade. But if you visited a few years ago and haven’t been back, you might not recognize it. What started as a facial and waxing studio has grown into one of the area’s most comprehensive medical esthetics and wellness destinations with nurse practitioners on staff, a licensed medical director, a massage therapist with a chiropractic background, and a microblading artist who once had a seven-month waiting list in Florida.
The team behind Spa Lane recently welcomed the Living in Naperville crew for a full walkthrough with owner Elena Bryant. Here’s everything you need to know before you book.

What Is Spa Lane?
Spa Lane is a medical esthetics spa located in the heart of downtown Naperville. Owner Elena Bryant has been in the beauty and skincare industry since she was 15 years old 18 years as an esthetician, 14 years owning Spa Lane. She describes the evolution simply: “We started out just doing facials and waxing, and now we are a full medical spa.”
That expansion is no small thing. Today, Spa Lane operates at the intersection of traditional spa services and medical-grade wellness care, with two nurse practitioners on staff and a certified medical director. The environment is warm, unhurried, and community-driven the kind of place where, according to Elena, most clients say they feel like they’re visiting friends and family.

The Services: More Than You’d Expect
What makes Spa Lane genuinely unusual is the breadth of what they offer and the clinical credential behind it. Here’s a breakdown of confirmed services:
Medical Esthetics Radiofrequency microneedling is their flagship facial treatment. Elena describes it as the number one esthetic service they offer a procedure that stimulates collagen production and works on texture, tone, and tightening simultaneously. The spa also offers Botox, filler, Sculptra, medical-grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments with multiple settings for hair removal, dark spot reduction, and collagen stimulation.
Body Sculpting: The MO Neo Machine One of the more conversation-starting pieces of equipment in the spa is the MO Neo, a body sculpting device with four paddles that can be applied to the abdomen, arms, glutes, or legs. The machine delivers the equivalent of 30,000 muscle contractions in a 30-minute session while simultaneously emitting radiofrequency energy through the paddles to tighten the skin. There is also a pelvic floor attachment available.
Massage Therapy Nicole, the spa’s massage therapist, comes with 10 years of experience and a background working alongside a chiropractor which means she understands muscle structure and movement in a way that goes beyond relaxation. Services include customized therapeutic massage, cupping (which brings targeted blood flow to tight or painful areas), lymphatic drainage, hot stone massage, and relaxation massage.
Microblading & Brow Artistry Lauren, Elena’s sister and co-esthetician, is a microblading specialist who relocated from Florida where she had built a seven-month waiting list before moving back to Naperville. Elena calls it “a hidden gem of brows.” Whether you’re looking for natural-looking microblading or full brow artistry, Lauren’s availability in downtown Naperville is a significant find for area residents.Wellness Services: The Medical Side This is where Spa Lane separates from most area spas. Their nurse practitioners offer:
- Hormone therapy, including support for perimenopause and weight management
- IV therapy to support gut health and overall immunity
- Peptide treatments (including BCP-157 for fatigue and chronic pain, as well as weight loss and general wellness peptides most administered at home, once a week)
- Vitamin shots, starting at $40 per session, administered by a nurse practitioner and delivered directly into the bloodstream for maximum absorption
Elena herself uses the immunity shots every two weeks and shared that she hasn’t gotten sick in a year and has noticed her hair growing in noticeably thicker crediting the direct-to-bloodstream delivery for results she wasn’t getting from oral supplements alone.

The Team: Who You’re Actually Seeing
The staff at Spa Lane is one of its most compelling selling points, and the credentials are worth knowing before your first visit.
Elena Bryant Owner, Master Esthetician 18 years in the beauty industry. 14 years owning Spa Lane. She has “worked on a lot of skin” and describes her passion as delivering visible results to women in the areas where they want to see change.
Lauren Master Esthetician & Microblading Specialist Elena’s sister. 18 years in the industry. Lived in Florida for many years and moved back to Naperville three years ago, leaving a large clientele and a seven-month microblading waitlist behind.
Nicole Massage Therapist 10 years of experience. Background working with a chiropractor. Understands body mechanics and muscle physiology. Customizes every massage to the client’s specific needs.
Melissa Nurse Practitioner (Wellness & Hormone Specialist) 20 years as a nurse practitioner. Spent 18 years in lung transplant medicine at Loyola. Now specializes in wellness, hormone therapy, and helping clients from the inside out.
Brynn Medical Director & Nurse Practitioner 20 years as a nurse practitioner. Background in cardiac medicine and nursing education. Constantly attending the latest conferences and education programs in esthetic medicine. Per Elena, “it’s like having a doctor here” and Brynn has prescribing authority to back that up.
Dan Firks noted after hearing the credentials: “I think that’s a step up from your standard spa.”
What New Clients Should Know
Walking into a medical spa for the first time can feel intimidating. Spa Lane addresses that directly with a complimentary full face, body, and wellness assessment offered by both nurse practitioners for every new client.
The process works like this: you sit down with a nurse practitioner, talk through what’s bothering you about your skin, your body, your energy levels, your overall wellness and they build a customized plan based on your goals and your budget. No pressure, no upsell. Just a clear roadmap designed around where you want to be in one month, three months, or a year.
Elena puts it directly: “What is going to be the best results for you? Do you want to feel better? Is there a certain part of your face that’s really bothering you? And then we’ll start there.”
It’s a level of individualized attention that most area spas simply don’t offer and it’s free.
Who Spa Lane Is Perfect For
Busy professionals who want medical-grade results without scheduling separate appointments at a dermatologist, massage studio, and brow bar Spa Lane can handle all three in a single building, often on the same day.
Women navigating perimenopause or hormonal changes who want professional guidance without a clinical environment. Melissa’s specialization in hormone therapy and wellness brings a level of expertise that’s hard to find in a spa setting.
Anyone dealing with chronic fatigue, muscle tension, or pain who has tried standard approaches. Cupping, lymphatic drainage, peptide therapy, and IV vitamins are all available here under medical supervision.
Couples and friends looking for a shared experience in downtown Naperville a consultation together, side-by-side services, or a treat-yourself afternoon that ends at the Riverwalk.First-timers who are curious but unsure where to start. The complimentary assessment removes the guesswork and the pressure.
